Last year when I was in Seoul I found out that many private English schools are looking for ESL/EFL teachers. Unfortunately, many of them looking for someone who is from English speaking country. I would like to ask you fallowing questions:

Do we, I mean those who are from Central Asia and do not look like American or European, have any chance teaching English in Korea?

What kind of Diplomas we need?

OK my dear friend. I thought you would turn my challenge down, but I gotta give it to you, you have right attitude.
Here is your first post:
"manyGirl, I am from Kaz. and I have a diploma of plain University but I had to translate it into English and seal the transcription with translation at the Korean embassy in Almaty. So I just go with my resume to hagwon, where they need a teacher or send it(resume) via e-mail and they invite me for interview, where director sees my language ability and decides to give or not to give me a job, of course they look mostly on my wishes about pay, if they are modest I am welcome, if not they say bullshit about countries of CIS or something like that , but any way most of the time I am welcome, cuz. I speak as native, look like kazakh though and by the way, if you are good at korean it is also a big plus but not essentially.
PS: never teach if it is less than 35000 won per hour (of course if your Engl. good enough)

A director assesses my language skills and decides whether to give me a job. Of course they look mostly at my pay rate expectations and if they think they are reasonable I get a job, if not they say some bullshit about CIS countries or other crap. But any way most of the time my application would be successful as I speak like a native speaker. I look like Kazakh though and by the way being good in Korean is a big plus but not essential.
PS never teach if the pay rate is below 35000 won per hour (of course assuming your English is good enough)

The errors that stand out the most:
- Plain University. Doesn't make sense to me. Probably you meant regular or ordinary.
-I speak as native. doesn't sound English. should be: I speak like a native
some other phrases sound too Russian, I rephrased them

I have difficulties to express my thoughts at the moment, but I suppose that even the best student who studies Russian
wouldn't understand what Russian speakers are talking about sometimes, cuz. the language is fucked up most of the time using slang, so I hope you have any idea about what I'm trying to say to u... I agree, your version is more literate and better in stylistic way, when I was typing the reply to manyGirl, I didn't expect this argue with u, my dear friend. And I didn't try to display my ability of speaking the language, it considered to be just as advise to her. Believe me, if I write a dissertation or report, I would pay attention to all details. Anyway, I appreciate your corrections

well, it has to do with the forum's administration. I was an ordinary guest with no intention to change my status. one day a moderator got sick of moderating my messages and suggested changing to the member status. Instead I opted for changing my nicknames, this how numbers 1 and 2 have been created. in the end the moderator was so pissed off that he/she changed it to the member status. but when I am away from my home I still use my old nicknames.

я думаю что литературным русским языком я владею достаточно хорошо.что касается словесного поноса,например "заколебали или чесслово", то вынужден признать что вы им владеете лучше.ну как говорится на здоровье.
